Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear) Grooming Guideline 1: Nail Care

Shower time!! skin is soapy and hair is wet, how do i get
teacup poodles (teddy bear) to enjoy a nice good shower with me?

bear in mind that teacup poodles are just as delicate as
new born infants and need to be handled with tender and extra care.
please allow us some time to share some basic
teacup poodle showering tips with ya’ll poodleholics…

Teacup Poodle (Teddy Bear)
Grooming Guideline 2:
Basic Showering Tips

avoid making your teacup poodle (teddy bear) uncomfortable
as much as possible by (as we suggested) using room-temperature water
(reminder: feel with your hands, make sure it’s not too hot nor too cold).

must avoid direct water contact with eyes and nose of your teacup poodle,
flooding their ears with soapy water, or being too rough on your
hand movements otherwise it’s guaranteed that your teacup poodle will
develop fears and resistance against showering in the future.

note that as teacup poodles are biologically born with long, thick, curly hair
that it’s very important to dry their bodies with a towel and blow dry their
hair thoroughly as soon as possible, definitely do not leave it damp or
half-dry otherwise associated skin disorders may occur.

moreover, we also suggest owners to talk and give hugs and kisses
to their teacup poodles during the shower to make them feel
emotionally secure and slowly begin to enjoy being showered.
