International delivery can be arranged upon request.

International delivery:

We offer three different ways to deliver our puppies.

The most popular option is via Air Cargo.

The air cargo option will need you to pick up your puppy at the cargo terminal from the airport cargo office.

For puppies’ safety and comfort,

we worked with trusted pet friendly airline and pay an extra handing fee

to cover the animal’s care during the transfer.

During transit your pet will be in the animal hotel,

dedicated staff will check your pets´ condition

and give them something to eat and drink.

They will be walked while they stay in a larger kennel.

Before the trip we will require you to reach out the cargo office

once you get the flight info and airway bill number from us.

Please call or email and confirm.

 

This is to make sure the ‘Okay to Go’ has been made

and confirming that someone will pick up the puppy.

This is very important if you don’t clear this,

the puppies can’t be on board.

We cannot do this for clients.

The airline claims the destination person to board the puppy

and make sure the puppy is not stranded.

Puppies must be picked up from international airports by the owners upon their arrival.

However FREE HOME DELIVERY from the airport is available for Hong Kong residents.

Note that shipping fees are EXCLUSIVE of the original price of the puppy.

For over 10 years in business all our puppies have been delivered safely.

We will take fully responsibility until the puppy reaches your arm.

The second option is flying with our staff.

We have different cost considerations and other factors

in different seasons and different destinations.

The third option is you coming to pick up your baby by yourself.

Please make the reservation for your pet

while purchasing your ticket.

We will assist you with customs clearance

and quarantine procedures and only charge for handling fee.
